Into Africa Initiatives Limited is a pan-African executive training, trade facilitation, and innovation-driven organization dedicated to strengthening leadership, institutions, and economic competitiveness across Africa. We work at the intersection of capacity building, international trade, policy engagement, and technology-enabled solutions, partnering with governments, public sector institutions, private sector leaders, development partners, and global organizations to design and deliver high-impact programs across the continent. Our work spans executive education and leadership development, international trade missions and business matchmaking, continental and regional networks, and project integration and advisory services—all focused on enabling African institutions and businesses to connect effectively with global markets, capital, and expertise. Through a strong network of international partners, academic institutions, industry experts, and technology providers, we curate platforms and programs that are practical, forward-looking, and aligned with Africa’s development priorities, including regional integration, institutional reform, private-sector growth, and sustainable development. Managing Director

Edem Yevutsey is the Founder of Into Africa Initiatives Limited and a professional in executive education, trade facilitation, and international partnerships. He works with public and private sector leaders across Africa and globally to design high-impact training programs, trade missions, and collaboration platforms that strengthen institutions and connect Africa to global opportunities.

Frank Owusu-Ansah

Director - Finance

Frank Owusu Ansah is a successful Entrepreneur and Tax Expert with over 13 years working experience. He is the Founder of H-pianim Consult Limited, Magic Marketing Limited and Co-founder of Lynx Graphix Limited and Portside Logistics Company Limited. He has significant experience in pioneering and growing businesses in the services, financial and Consultancy sectors.

He is a practicing member of the following Institutions: Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana (ICAG), Chartered institute of Tax Accountant (CICTA) -Ghana, Certified International Tax Accountant (CITA) -UK, Chartered Certified Forensic Accountant (CCFA) and a practicing member of Ghana Institute of Consulting (GIC).

Yvonne Lampoh

Director - Operations

Yvonne Lampoh serves as Manager, Operations and Administration at Into Africa Initiatives, where she oversees the coordination of internal operations and supports the delivery of international trade missions, expos, trainings, and delegation programs. Her role spans operational planning, stakeholder coordination, administrative systems, and program execution across multiple international engagements.
